Site Checker Pro and other SEO Tools Compared

Site Checker.Pro compared to Ahrefs Based on my research for my Ahrefs review, Ahrefs is the best SEO tool in existence. However, Ahrefs isn’t free. On the contrary, Ahrefs can be costly for people operating on a shoe-string budget.

Site Checker.Pro compared to Yoast I use the Yoast plugin. I consider it my SEO coach. I use Yoast before I publish. You should use SiteChecker.Pro after you publish to discover what you’ve done wrong.

Site Checker.Pro compared to Hubshout As my Hubshout review explains, you should use Hubshout to check which keywords you rank for. Therefore, while Hubshout is also a free SEO tool, Hubshout and SiteChecker.Pro are used for different metrics.

Pricing

SiteChecker.Pro is a free SEO site checker tool tool. You pay nothing to use it.

  2. Gilly Maddison

This is really useful info Janice and I will check it out. I do have one question though, what is in it for whoever has designed this service? If it’s free, how do they make their money? I am always wary of free sites that offer the earth because there is no such thing as a free lunch! Is there a free and premium service or is it just free for everyone and forever? Also, I wonder if this the the programme that is being used by all those people who send us emails offering to send us SEO reports about our websites if we pay them a ton of money. Thanks for this, it does sound really good.

    • Ivan Palii

Hello, Gily. I’m a one of Sitechecker Team. You are very right about that there is no exist a free lunch. We provide a paid services like technical SEO audit.
Sitechecker gives parameters per one URL every time. In the paid technical audit we crawl all pages on the website. As you see for 80-90% of users it’s really enough of free version to improve own website. For big website our service will better that handy, long work with each URL.

    • Janice Wald

      Hi Gilly,
Great to see you. When I used SiteChecker.Pro, I was happy to get clarity on my blog, so I didn’t wonder how the company makes money. I will write the developer and tell them you have a question.

Really interesting tool. I just checked my website, and even though it’s so new, I still got a bunch of errors. I got the same errors that I got Google’s Site Checker, too much JavaScript. I don’t really know how to fix that but it’s something I’ll look into. Thanks a bunch for sharing this tool.

    • Janice Wald

      Hi Timothy,
Thanks for writing. I’m glad I gave you a new tool to play with.

  5. Davida Chazan

Well, I don’t know. I tried this but for the life of me I could only fix ONE thing without feeling like I needed a PhD in computer science to do it. Thanks, anyway!

    • Janice Wald

      Hi Davida,
      1. One thing is better than nothing!
      2. After reading your comment, I went back in and saw I was making a huge mistake when it comes to SEO in every post! Like you, I didn’t know how to fix. I Googled and watched a YouTube video. THANK YOU! If you hadn’t commented, I wouldn’t know I need to do this thing each time.
      Janice

      • Davida Chazan

I also Googled and searched for YouTube videos and still couldn’t figure out how to fix those things. Instead, I think I’ll wait for my computer programming son to come back from his stint in the UK and see if he can help me fix these errors.
