Blogger Meet and Greet

Welcome to our Valentine’s Day Meet and Greet!

Happy Valentine’s Day! Valentine’s Day traditionally celebrates love. We love blogging, and we love our blogging community, so let’s celebrate!

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

Then, network with the bloggers who have commented before you. They all came to meet new bloggers. Go to their blogs, introduce yourself, and let them know how you found them.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

Valentines Day Meet and Greet

At today’s Meet and Greet, we are having cake.

Enjoy the cake and the networking.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

I hold these opportunities for bloggers to network twice a month.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at the Blogger Meet and Greet, please share.  The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

If you get a chance to promote the link to this party on your site, that would be much appreciated since it would help make others aware of this blog party and give us all more exposure.

Hello everyone! I’ve never participated in a meet and greet, but I thought I’d give it a go. While I’ve been slacking in the amount of new posts made lately, I plan on getting back to writing soon. That pesky place I go to get money has been busy recently, but I foresee a break in the madness soon!
The link to my blog is

Hope to amuse and stimulate the minds of everyone!

I’m Athena and I blog about everything and nothing in particular. Lately I’ve been thinking about theology and politics, but previous (and future!) topics include art, working out, photography, feminism, marriage, recovering from abuse, and anything else.

My most recent post describes my best date cancellation story –

Look forward to meeting you all and reading your work!

  8. OneDizzyBee | at 7:28 am

Hi everyone, and Happy Valentine’s Day! My name is Tess, though I blog under OneDizzyBee. I’m still fairly new to the blogging community, having just started this past November. I suppose I categorize myself as a lifestyle blogger. I write what I hope are humorous observations about my world, some health and midlife-related things, as well as weekly “easy” recipes. My recipes are geared toward low carb, gluten free and glycemic friendly, and with them I try to show that you don’t have to be a great cook or have a lot of time in order to eat healthy and well. Stop by and say hello if any of that appeals to you! I’m looking forward to checking out as many of your blogs as I can. I always find great new blogs to read when Janice hosts these meet and greets!

In my blog My Heart of Mexico I write about all the wonderful things you can find in home country- food, customs, lifestyle. It’s like going to Mexico without leaving your home!

I hope you take come to visit me at one or at both my blogs. Looking forward to meeting new bloggers!

Thank you, Janice, for the cool Valentine gift, a chance to visit other blogs and meet new people.

My blog byline is Life Between The Sheets (of paper): Story, Art, and Poetry. Once a week, I write short stories about family life, especially memories of my 88 y.o mother, my vegan sons, strong women, encouragement, and Latino culture. Occasionally I’ll write about my life as a writer and a reader.

Already I see several blogs to visit and hope you can stop by sometime this week.

    Good Morning Everyone!

My blog,, is about me as I learn to date in my late twenties. It (occasionally) has math-related posts because I work with numbers.

My wish is that my blog is helpful for those who feel like they’re hopelessly behind in the dating world, especially for people who grew up in strict religions or expecting to be in an arranged marriage.

If it interests you, feel free to stop by!

Today’s post might seem like a downer but I hope you’ll be surprised. For Valentine’s Day I wrote about love of a poignant kind. It’s an ode to losing someone you love and having to say goodbye when they die. But the whole point is this: sad can still be beautiful when it comes to love. I’m here to help you see the beauty.
