Meet and Greet Blog Party

Welcome to Our Blog Party!

It’s time for our bi-monthly blog party.

Because I am traveling, I couldn’t go shopping and get snacks for the party.

Can we make it a potluck?

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

Note: At other Meet and Greets, guests return and leave different links to articles in different comment boxes. You are welcome to return as often as you like and leave links.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

Enjoy the networking.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at our Meet and Greet, please share on your blogs and social media. The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

Hope the vacation is going well Janice, not that it’s stopping you appearing on the blogosphere! Such dedication is quite outstanding indeed!

My blog is an author one. I write fiction, often dark and often pyschological in direction. Recent posts are author spotlights and it’s my aim to continue those with Janice appearing once she returns from gallivanting about! I also promote networking opportunities and suffer post rate drops now and then because otherwise I’d not write anything!! Anyone popping across from here will find themselves stalked back and followed ?

    Have a great weekend all

Hi, Gary! Nice to “meet” a fellow author here.

I also write fiction. Most of my published fiction consists of children’s books, but my short story collections are generally not bedtime stories for anyone under 15. (Or 12, if you’re precocious – I did delight in staying up past my bedtime to listen to creepy, scary tales on CBS Radio Mystery Theater, and reading horror stories under the covers by flashlight at that age, so I’m not here to tell anyone how to raise their young readers – just make sure their flashlight batteries are fresh and don’t let them know you know they’re sneaking a read at midnight.) You might find a few tidbits on the blog, too – like, http://jahangiri.us/2013/the-challenge/ – an as-yet-unfinished WIP begun during NaNoWriMo last year. (There’s a TOC to the other chapters at the bottom.)

My post rate is also erratic; not only is there other writing to be done, but I have a family I love and a day job I actually enjoy, so there just aren’t enough hours in the day. Who am I kidding? Like all writers, I spend my spare time on Facebook, doing anything BUT writing until some set of shady characters yanks me to the blank page. 😉
