Welcome to My 12th Blogger Meet and Greet!

Meet and Greet for BloggersEnjoy yourself at our virtual New Year’s party!

Happy New Year!

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

Then, network with the bloggers who have commented before you. They all came to meet new bloggers. Go to their blogs, introduce yourself, and let them know how you found them.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

Blogger Meet and Greet Food #food

At today’s Meet and Greet we are having New Year’s cake.

Blogger Meet and Drink

To drink, help yourself to anything on the bar counter. Pour yourself your favorite beverage in the empty glass.

Enjoy the cake, the beverages, and the networking.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

I hold these opportunities for bloggers to network twice a month.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at the Blogger Meet and Greet, please share.  The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

If you get a chance to promote the link to this party on your site, that would also be much appreciated since it would help make others aware of this blog party and give us all more exposure.

Hi, Janice! Happy New Year! I’m glad to be here among everyone and check out their writings.

    Hello, everyone.
I write two blogs. My main blog, Bringing Back the Rubies, is about energy work and shamanism, and I’ve used it to share my experiences with healing trauma through shamanism and energy work. This year, I’ve also resolved to start a healing business, and I’m excited to expand on this through different platforms. My most recent post is a Year in Review, highlighting some of the most-viewed posts on the page for this year. Check it out here: http://wp.me/p4EJiG-jC

My second blog is Rubies and Sagebrush, where I write music/book/product reviews, opinion pieces, essays, and fiction. I try to do a freewrite on Fridays, although that sometimes doesn’t happen because, you know, kids…:) I really enjoy writing fiction and creating characters, and recently, I’ve discovered I really enjoy writing reviews, too! One of my earliest posts there is a post about baking and how I’ve begun to enjoy cooking and baking a lot more. Check it out here: http://wp.me/p1FdCt-2H

Happy New Year, everyone. Best wishes for 2016.

    • Tanushree | at 9:14 am

It’s so amazing that you’re writing not one but two blogs, that too such great blogs! I really admire that. Also I could really relate to your post (on Baking).

      • Juana | at 10:53 am

        Hi, Tanushree!

Thank you so much for the compliment. Two blogs just sort of happened, it was just something that grew over time. Thank you, again.

I really have been enjoying learning more about food, cooking, and baking over the past year or so. I’ve started to see cooking in a new light, and it’s inspiring to get to know other people who have transformed, as well, through being in the kitchen.

Thanks, again. I really like the look and feel of your blog, also. I used to work with children before I had children of my own. (I have about 16 years of experience with kids, but only about 5 of those years are teaching in childcare centers; the rest are nannying and babysitting/helping with friends and families’ kids.)

I’m looking forward to seeing your posts!

        Happy New Year.

    Hello, Janice.

Thank you for the opportunity to network and find new blogs. My blog is kind of niche-less, and it seems to work for me to leave things open. We’ll call it a writing blog. I write about writing, books, music and whatever is haunting me on any given day. I also write sad poems.

Hello fellow bloggers! I have come across Mostly Blogging very recently so this is my first ever Meet and Greet. Janice it’s a wonderful party indeed!
I have a food blog called ‘Tanushree’s Delicacies’ where I share recipes for brand new cooks. I like to keep my techniques and ingredients as simple as possible so even the most inexperienced cook can whip out amazing dishes.
It’s only 50 posts old but please come over and have a look

And I absolutely love connecting with other bloggers. Now I couldn’t find a lot of other food bloggers over here but I would love to exchange some kitchen secrets with you so come on over!

Hi Janice – thanks so much for this opportunity to “meet n greet” with a few other bloggers and of course Happy New Year. Really appreciate the steady stream of great “how to’s” and helpful info you send my way and I’m planning to take better advantage of it as I head into 2016. For anyone who would like to take a visit down my way the Welcome page is of course great place for visitors to start. There are
some links on that page to posts that kinda sum up what I am all about.

I just started a new blog (not the one you visited), so there’s not much there yet, but I hope to get a few visitors. My blog, Shan’s Shenanigans, will have a little bit of everything. Arts and Crafts, Recipes, Family stuff, Law of Attraction info, pets, and who knows what else! LOL I have too many interests to keep to only one topic. It will be the Encyclopedia of Random Goodness! 😉

Happy new year! I decided to start following a nice writing prompt book I found through another blogger, so I’m going to be posting at least once per day in 2016 (that sounds intimidating).

I think CommentLuv is going to link to my latest post, which is how to find inspiration for blog posts. That’s a good one to check out!

    Hi bloggers,
I am here to make new friends and hoping that there will be more comments on my posts each time I post.
My blog is mostly about me and the things I do. I am not an expert in anything but am a simple and trying to be honest human being who started blogging during a period of unemployment in 2014. Blogging was considered essential if one wanted to be successful as a writer and so I started a blog. It started becoming a cathartic blog and one which I use to cry and sigh and mope a bit. I made a lot of blog friends and get much friendly advice when I am in distress.
The link to my blog is

Please visit and read some of my posts.
I would say the current goal of my blog is to get more comments in my blog posts.
Best regards and happy new year,
    Susie

At first i thought a blogging party?! But here i am perusing through comments on the party post. Brilliant idea Janice…only i am still figuring how to get my drink and cake…lol. Alright a little about me…i love writing and telling stories; meeting new people and i am passionate about making life better for women and girls. My blog is basically about feminine related matters. Somehow you can’t talk about women and not narrow in to family matters so men can enjoy reading too. I also share a bit from my everyday life. It will be my pleasure to have you visit my page as i do my best to bring you stories from my world. so here is a new year post https://femininematerz.wordpress.com/2016/01/01/yam-for-decoration/
I’d also recommend these blogs as i find them quite informative and interesting http://dreambigdreamoften.co/2016/01/04/15-life-facts-to-accept-immediately/

Hello! This is a great concept! I have kept a family blog for a few years now, but am brand new to blogging as more than a “scrapbook”.

My blog is called Living the Diagnosis. As a nurse, I am always curious what it is like to live with different diseases, conditions, syndromes, etc, so I can help treat patients the best I can. Right now, I am staying home with my kids, so I decided to continue my passion for learning more about how to really “take care” of people by starting this blog!

I have no idea what my niche is. I am gathering guest posts from anyone who wants to share about their experience. I also write posts myself on conditions my family and I live with and also educational posts.

    Thank you for this experience!
