Meet and Greet 9: Wayne’s Birthday

By: | November 7, 2015 | Tags: , , , , ,

Bloggers can meet each other at the Meet and Greet #networking.

Welcome to My Husband’s Virtual Birthday Party!

I can not create original content today because I am celebrating my husband Wayne’s birthday. You are all invited to help us celebrate.

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new followers too.

Bloggers can network at the Meet and Greet

At today’s Meet and Greet, I am serving birthday cake.

Enjoy the cake and the networking.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

I will keep holding these regular opportunities for bloggers to network.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at the Blogger Meet and Greet, please share.  The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

If you get a chance to promote the link to this party on your site, that would also be much appreciated since it would help make others aware of this blog party.

Hi guys, my name is Katie and this is my first time participating in a meet and greet. I have a relatively new health and active/ lifestyle blog called Hungry Beastling.

Basically, I write about different ways people can get healthy, whether you want to improve your eating habits, find ways to exercise or just get the scoop on poop (yup, I wrote a post about poop).

And don’t think you need to be a fitness fanatic to come swing by my site. It’s for ANYONE who is even remotely curious about health.

So come say hi. All 4.5 of my subscribers seem to really enjoy my stuff;-)

      Hi Joan,
      A few questions.
      1. Would it be worth my while to submit a link to you? I can’t be reblogged since I self-host. People promote my links when they want their readers to know the information on my site.
      2. I am not technically an artist. A writer is a type of artist, yes?
Thanks for coming to my Meet and Greet. It is nice you are making new contacts here. I find you AMAZINGLY supportive.

        Hi Janice,
A writer is absolutely an artist! I will put your link on the Directory list. At this point my blog is very new and small so it may not lead to much traffic, but I don’t know of any downside. I’m also self-hosted but I’m able to use a “Press This” button, provided by to reblog other pages and sites, which is what I’m doing to help anyone on the list. It’s up to you, but I’m glad to support you and your site. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good morning and Happy Birthday to your Husband Wayne!
The best way I can describe my Blog is this, Started out as a Genealogy Blog then took a left due to Audience Dynamics of people wanting poems and stories like when I almost ran over my brother. Then veered right on Blogging tips and helping fellow Bloggers where it is currently at.
I think I am dizzy from the zig-zags.

Thank you Janice for opening up your blog again for a meet and greet!! Happy Birthday to your husband as well. I always enjoy reading other blogger’s creative content and to see/feel their passion come through in their writing.

I write a short (500 – 800) word weekly post about Personal Mastery topics. People with a high level of Personal Mastery live in a continual learning mode; it is a lifelong process in which the journey is the reward. Individuals who understand this are happier and more effective in their personal and professional lives – and who doesn’t want happy?!?

Hi Janice my friend Joan at Marlton Trainer gave me your link. I am a little curious about a few things. On the prior page is where to subscribe and is that where I leave a link after getting an account? I saw that you will take a link for whatever and post it I suppose. It has been a long week for me. I write on several categories and wanted to know if it is OK to write, rather send links for different categories on different days? I get decent traffic self promoting and varying my content. I also run a private site that this one links to. Let me know about the sending links if it is OK to send one a day and possibly different material.

Hi Janice, It’s actually November 8th so please tell your hubby we are sending belated birthday wishes as yesterday, the 7th, was also my mom’s birthday and we spent the day doing birthday things with and for her. Thanks for this opportunity! Around our way we blog about things that suit our fancy things that get our goat or things that we simply find to our liking

We can be found hanging out at
We’ve actually got several faves as far as the posts are concerned so rather than share one how about you each go have a look around then share it as a post/comment.
