Since people are in different time zones, the Follow Loop generally lasts for 18 to 24 hours.
Once you sign up, you are added to a chat. More information is provided in the chat the day of the Follow Loop.
Some Follow Loops require you post the graphic, and others don’t. The Loop host provides the graphic.

However, if you are like me, and you don’t have the time to participate, you might want to consider paying for a ghost spot. People who pay for ghost spots, don’t need to follow back.
Also, at the time of this writing, I have close to the 7500 maximum limit allowed to follow on Instagram. Therefore, I must outsource. Once I hit 7500 followers, I would be prohibited from participating.
How much is a ghost spot?
When you pay for a ghost spot, you don’t need to post or follow. However, you get followed by everyone who participates.
Update December 2020: Canan charges $12 for one mega loop and $15 for one extreme mega loop. She organizes 11 Follow Loops a month. You can do any or all. I work with Canan since she is more affordable than other Loop organizers I’ve encountered. Note: Canan’s prices are subject to change.
