Fun Fact about Me: I don’t enjoy the taste of water, never have, and most likely never will. However, discovering the benefits of drinking water has motivated me to boost my water intake.
Fun fact about this week’s winner Blogger Betty: Her tips work. For instance, I don’t give up coffee but I force myself to drink water each time I drink coffee. This new habit is becoming muscle memory and I am able to get hydrated without giving up the coffee. For Betty’s additional tips, read her post.

Have you ever heard the term “upcycle?” I hadn’t, although I’ve certainly heard of recycling. I like the concept: I declutter and use my old junk for practical purposes. Ideas include making coasters and planters.
