Welcome to the Inspire Me Monday Linky Party for September 21. Thank you for joining us for the first Inspire Me Monday Linky Party of the fall season.
Before starting the weekly recap, I would like to thank everyone who has been advertising this linky party on their own blogs. It greatly adds to the exposure of all our posts.
On Monday, I found out that I was a featured blogger at a linky party I attended. My post How to Immediately Make Your Blog Posts Go Viral was one of the most clicked on posts that week at the Friday Finds Linky Party.
On Friday, I published a new page on my site, Blog Critiques. Since people have been writing asking for blog critiques, I thought I should publish the information. If you are interested in a critique of your blog, be sure to click the link.
On Saturday I held my seventh blog party in honor of fall starting this week. Since fall is my favorite season, I thought it was a great reason to celebrate. Please come join us. Many new bloggers are waiting to meet you. I called the party “Fall Festivities“.
On Sunday I published 15 ways to make your blog posts reader-friendly. Everyone is busy including your readers. My 15 tips will make sure your busy readers stay on your blog long enough to read and share your post.
Now, let’s talk about you.
I was torn as usual because so many posts are inspirational! However, there were two that I was able to settle on.
As a teacher, I encourage collaboration among the students in my classroom. However, for students that are home schooled, education can be a lonely experience. For the parents of home schoolers, school can be a lonely experience as well.
Crystal from Science Kiddo explains that education for homeschoolers doesn’t have to be fraught with isolation. She explains the value of homeschooling, readily admitting few understand its merits, and instructs parents of homeschoolers how they can find other families of homeschoolers to connect with. Check out her post Finding/Building a Homeschool Network.
I also enjoyed Personal Mastery’s What is Success? Chris, the admin blogger, draws from the greats to inspire others to succeed. Lincoln, Emerson, Edison, Churchill all have quotes represented to try to bring out the best in others. I couldn’t think of a better winner for a party about inspiration.
We had 331 posts linked at last week’s party, more than the previous week. The most popular post of the week, the one clicked the most, was… How To Save Money On Fresh Produce.
Congratulations to the winners!
Although it is not required, it is considered polite to follow your hostess!
Meet Your Hostesses
This week we welcome a new hostess, BonBon from Farmhouse 40. The linkup is now on seven blogs, so your one post will be seen on my blog plus six other blogs!
Each host picks their own two favorites. In addition to exposure here, graphics from the winning posts are pinned to the Inspire Me Monday Pinterest Board. The party is live until Thursday morning.
