Independence Day blog party

Welcome to Our Independence Day Blog Party!

Happy Independence Day!

This past Wednesday, July 4, Independence Day was celebrated in the United States.

Independence Day is traditionally accompanied by parties, so let’s party!

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

At today’s blog party, we are having fruit. Enjoy the fruit and the networking.

Note: At other blog parties, guests are encouraged to return and leave different links to articles in different comment boxes. You are welcome to return as often as you like and leave links.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at our Independence Day blog party, please share on your social media and blogs. The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

In honor of celebrating Independence Day, take a look at my post regarding the American Legion which is gearing up for 100 years of service.

I’m a Christian author with an award-winning book series available on Amazon. I write about God in real life … and also coffee! No sugar-coated messages. Just real-life issues sprinkled with hope and encouragement to move forward from things that prevent spiritual growth.

    God bless!

Hi, I’m also late to the party but wanted to stop by. Thank you Janice for hosting. I write on Mandibelle16: The Writings on the Wall. My blog is mainly poetry and short fiction responding to writing prompts from various sources. Today, this piece was for a Music Challenge I host on a prompt blog site Ill share in the following link, and a Three Line Tales challenge.

My blog also includes quotes, beauty, inspired pieces from my head at the moment, reblogs of poetry published on and writer/blogger interviews when I have the chance to put those together. I do permit guest pieces, but it’s at my discretion to proofread as it’s on my blog site.
Would love to have you stop by.

I also wanted to share Mind Lovs Misery’s Menagerie site with you as it’s a site full of amazing writing prompts. Check out Michael’s Tale Weaver prompts, Candice’s Wordle’s, Sarah’s Saturday Mix Promots, Nekeeraj’s photo prompts on Tuesdsy’s, and alternating every two-weeks with Dylan’s one-line Friday prompt, my Music Challenge prompt. There’s also a Sunday Writing Prompt that’s fantastic and varies, some of my favorites ones are collages with quotes and pictures. Anyways here’s the link:
