That was a great article. I’m so happy you are cancer free! My stepmom beat it last year. Here’s to the survivors.

      Thanks Renae!
I’m beyond relieved. I don’t do pain or fear very well.
By the way, I have a question for you. That WordPress 101 class starts tomorrow, so I guess they’ll post my first assignment tonight at midnight. Will it go to my Reader or my Email? Where do I look for the assignment? Thanks, and thanks for checking out my post. I sent it to them as an after thought. I actually was only going to send them one other, and they picked this! =) Can you let me know where I find that assignment? Thank you!!!

Usually it will show up in your feed, but the Reader is wonky so don’t always trust.

I made the 101 page and The Commons a favorite on my browser so I could easily access them. Remember, you can do as many or as few assignments as you choose. You also can complete any and all assignments at your own pace.

I personally do not like notifications by email so I have all of that turned off.

          Hi,
I did the first assignment–an introduction post, and within minutes of sending it (at 2:00am!), I got several new followers. I’m guessing it’s the people in the class. It’s all thanks to you if I’m getting more traffic because of this. Thank you again for thinking of me and sending me the information. The assignments are tagged blogging101, so if you see the tag, you’ll know that’s why I wrote it.

I did Blogging 101 about a month after I started in April. Many of my group from there are still blogging & visit me regularly (and I them). It really helped me learn how to use WordPress effectively and the importance of commenting/community.

I hope you enjoy it. 😀

    Thanks Debbie!
You know, I’m kind of proud of me too!
My post coming out today is about The Secrets to Marital Longevity. I could have written about you and Brian. How long have you been married? Susan and Gary Kodel were two of my respondents, anonymously, of course.
