    What many leaders don’t still understand is that no matter if they like it or not their followers observe and track their character. You cannot teach me that doing “A” is bad while I find you doing the same “A” as a leader you must live by example it helps a lot

    Structure is important. Most people are fairly autonomous when they have a good sense of what to do. The very worst thing a “leader” can do is to approve a course of action one time, then disapprove it another time without very clearly showing what the difference is between the two situations.
