      I am an anomaly but I don’t monetize using PPC. I tried but made far too little to make it worth my time. Having Google Adsense and slowed my site so I took them off. That said, one of my readers has great success with Google Adsense and wrote a post about how to monetize with Adsense for my readers:
      I am able to monetize using SEO, happily.
      People find me on Google and offer me sponsored posts, freelance writing opportunities, and hire me as a blog coach.
