This year’s blogversary is especially poignant since the week of my blogversary is also the week I became a published author.

Reviews

Reviews of my book AN INSIDER’S GUIDE TO BUILDING A SUCCESSFUL BLOG continue to glow:

[Janice] has deftly captured techniques for running a successful and engaging blog outlining tips for writing, curating, website development, and more. Her book includes little-known ideas for SEO, websites for promoting your blog to get more traffic and readers, and good ideas for utilizing social media to promote your posts.

Please help by promoting my ebook so that it stays in the top 100 and continues to grow. That would be a wonderful blogversary present for me.

Let’s Party!

I appreciate you coming to my party to celebrate my two-year blogversary.

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

At today’s Meet and Greet, we are having cake.

Enjoy the dessert and the networking.

Note: At other Meet and Greets, guests return and leave different links to articles in different comment boxes. You are welcome to return as often as you like and leave links.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at the Meet and Greet, please share on your social media. The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

If you get a chance to promote the link to this party on your site, that would also be much appreciated since it would help make others aware of this blog party.

All that in two years is really amazing Janice. When you started was that the starting game plan, or did it evolve once you began getting serious on the blogosphere? I feel most inadequate ?

Mind you, I still consider myself a novice…especially if I collect the hours per week I can actually use for blogging as opposed to writing; the latter being why I started blogging in the first place ?

Your book is a brilliant version of all the things you keep telling us; except it’s all in one place and easy to follow. Perfect for someone like me in fact.

Well, it will be in December…this month is a tiny bit tighter than normal…’tis NaNoWriMo don’t you know…and guess which buffoon thought “Now there’s a good idea!”

Nice to be receiving notifications again too!
