Welcome to Our Labor Day Blog Party!

Happy Labor Day! This Monday, Labor Day is celebrated in the United States. Labor Day is traditionally accompanied by a break from work. Let’s take a break and party!

Today we meet a special guest at my party: my chatbot. Do you see her in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen?

Ask her questions, Make comments. Speak to her as if you were speaking to me.

In the comments section, you are encouraged to self-promote.

Introduce your blog to the other guests at the party. Tell the readers about your blog, and post a link to your favorite post, a recent post, your About page, your blog link, or anything you like.

If you are not already following Mostly Blogging, I like new subscribers too.

At today’s blog party, we are having cake. Enjoy the cake and the networking.

Note: At other Meet and Greets, guests are encouraged to return and leave different links to articles in different comment boxes. You are welcome to return as often as you like and leave links.

I am hoping others will be able to find new blogs to read and new bloggers to connect with.

Guests, if you think others would enjoy the networking opportunities at our Labor Day Meet and Greet, please share on your social media and blogs.  The more guests at the party, the more networking opportunities for all of us.

Thank you for sharing the author. Its good to know her YA books are interesting enough to capture an adults

My pleasure Lee and thanks for checking it out. I’ve actually started widening my reading genre and YA has some fabulous authors now and seems to be on trend among film makers too. It might be a bad category as it implies young, when it really has a far wider reach.

Happy Labor Day yourself and to all who join the party! It’s a rainy and chilly day here today so I will not be going out and about. That means I can visit!

I have several blogs but my dog blog is my favorite by far. This week’s trip to the dog park was an unexpected learning experience for me. Stop by and read all about it!

Chatbox isn’t there for me even if I enable popups. Also weird stuff happening with layout of blog. But meanwhile I am using my new business to help Harvey relief funds– not only will buying a gift set or product help the recipient (my products are lovely condolence gifts and beautiful gifts for those healing from cancer and other big diseases)–but they help pets and people impacted by Harvey. I hope you will consider them
A double whammy of HELP! xoxo

      Hi Carol,
      Thanks for coming by today.
After reading your comments, I went into my blog through another browser I am not signed into.
I had no trouble. My site’s layout looks okay, and my chatbot is there.
Thanks for letting me know there might be an issue so I could check it out. Thanks for trying to talk to my chatbot as well.
      Janice

    Hi Janice,

That’s awesome! I love link parties!

I have just subscribed to Mostly Blogging, that’s exciting!

My blog is about life, dating, and relationship but we have also recently started a blogging section.

One of my most recent posts is about how I went from less than 1K page views in my first month of blogging to almost 10K in my second, and it offers a few actionable tips to new bloggers.

I know that your readers are well covered by your valuable advice, but anyway for anyone interested here is the link: https://www.tinylovebug.com/blogging/how-to-increase-page-views-of-new-blog

Thanks for this party and have a great Labour Day!

      Hi Lee,

Touching post and I have commented. Whether we like it or not, we all have to go through this at some point sadly.

      • Lee MacArthur

We do indeed. Unfortunately, most of us are not ready for it when it happens. Thank you for you comments.

My two daughters spent their summer in Prince Edward Island, Canada – a whole country width apart from me. This weekend, I picked them up from the airport and I can’t be happier to have them home again! We are enjoying Labour Day weekend as they go back-to-school on Tuesday.

I am sharing three Pinterest Hacks that you need to know and try today. Whether you are a first-time user or daily pinner; here’s how to get the most out of Pinterest.

Happy belated Labour Day from Canada! And a happy first day #backtoschool for 2017! All our kids have headed back to class today. The younger three for their half-day orientation, and our oldest for her first day as a college business student.

At 24 Carrot Diet, I blog about food – growing food, cooking food, nutrition, food security, food waste, biodiversity, and more. If it has to do with food or food history, I will probably write about it eventually! Come check me out 🙂
