Welcome to Our April Fools’ Party!
It is time for our bi-monthly blog party.
Wednesday was April 1st, April Fools’ Day, a day often associated with people playing funny jokes on each other.
While the current world situation with the Coronavirus is not at all funny, the day affords us some much-needed levity.
Amusement affords us some positivity, a break from our health concerns and our concerns about our loved ones.
April Fools Trivia
Here is some April Fools Trivia for you:
Do you know how April Fools’ Day started?
In the early 1700s, people from England started playing pranks on each other and April Fools’ Day became a tradition.
Other historians say the origin of April Fools’ Day dates back to the 1500s.
At today’s blog party we are eating eggs. Eggs are normally associated with Easter Egg Hunts that occur in April. I also thought these eggs looked silly and therefore appropriate for an April Fools party.
